Office administrator/ Credit Controller

Full Job Description

Burnell Fencing are a large fencing company covering the Northeast of England, we are currently recruiting a credit controller/ office administrator to work in our busy office. The successful candidate must have previous Sage Accounts experience. Salary is dependent on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Chasing outstanding monies with the relevant Quantity surveyors or Accounts departments.
  • Resolving queries regarding measures etc on invoices.
  • Sending monthly statements to all customers.
  • Forwarding all new invoices via email.
  • Keeping our online filing system up to date.
  • Other general office duties

The successful candidate must have the following

  • Knowledge of Sage 50 Accounts
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Knowledge of excel and outlook
  • Good organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure

The position is Tuesday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm although there could be some flexibility with the working hours or days or the right candidate.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: From £18,000.00 per year
